Tactical shooter Ready or Not has gained a second wind after its July release on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Previously, the game was only available on PC, but after the console release, controversy arose — Steam users complained about "censorship."
The project's authors presented a new trailer where they shared statistics on player activity over the past months. Ready or Not recently gained full compatibility with Steam Deck, which further increased audience interest.
According to the developers:
- 4.2 million tons of drugs intercepted,
- 427 million criminals arrested,
- 821 million hostages rescued,
- 1.3 billion criminals eliminated.
Despite a decline compared to the end of 2023, interest remains high. On October 5, about 18 thousand people were playing simultaneously on Steam, and on weekends the online presence consistently stays within the range of 8–10 thousand players.
