Tencent and TiMi Studio have confirmed the launch of the spin-off of the popular mobile MOBA next year
During the first live broadcast in China, Tencent Games announced that the highly anticipated Honor of Kings: World will be released in spring 2026 on PC and mobile devices. The game is being developed by TiMi Studio Group and published by Level Infinite, a subsidiary of Tencent.
The game will be an expansion of the Honor of Kings universe, combining elements of an adventure action game in the spirit of Genshin Impact and a cooperative role-playing game with an open world. Players can expect raids, battles with bosses, joint activities, and the ability to freely explore the vast world of HOK. The game will also allow switching between characters directly in battle and arranging their own housing.
The project has already received the "Most Anticipated Game of the Year" award at the GamingonPhone Awards 2025 ceremony. So far, the release has only been confirmed for China, but it is possible that such a large-scale game will be released simultaneously worldwide — Level Infinite previously stated this, noting that the project was initially created for a global audience.
