Alarming signals about the quality of the game were observed before the release of version 1.0.
The release version of Cyberpunk 2077 was long remembered by players and some developers due to the impressive number of bugs and optimization problems.
It turns out that the creator of the universe, Mike Pondsmith, encountered a bug while getting acquainted with the pre-release version of Cyberpunk 2077 — then the developers from CD Projekt RED reassured him, promising fixes:
My character got into the car and then stood in a T-pose without pants [...] I said [to the developers]: "We'll fix it, right?" and they were like: "Yes, we'll fix it. We're going to fix it."
As practice has shown, the authors of Cyberpunk 2077 were unable (at least completely) to fix the error, and ordinary players also observed the T-pose in the release version.
