The PC part of the Battlefield 6 community has long complained about console players — they have an advantage in the form of aim assist systems that help with aiming.
Some PC gamers are so tired of this that they decided to act on their own and are disabling crossplay in Battlefield 6 by editing game files.
Swedish esports player OTTR shared a method: in documents/battlefield 6/settings/steam/PROFSAVE_profile, you need to add the line "GstGameplay.CrossPlayEnable 0" (without quotes).
At the moment, this "advanced" way of solving the problem is not very common, and therefore there may be many bots in matches sometimes (due to the small number of players).
