Devolver Digital has teamed up with mashed to humorously tell about the features of the BALL x PIT world.
Devolver Digital has presented an animated short film based on the game BALL x PIT, a "roguelike" that combines elements of Breakout and Space Invaders. The four-minute video, created by the animation studio mashed, is called BALL x PIT: The Gossips of Ballbylon and ironically answers the most ridiculous and funny questions about the world of the game and its characters.
The original game takes place after a cataclysm that destroyed the city of Ballbylon. In its place, there is only a bottomless pit, where hunters descend in search of resources and treasures to build New Ballbylon.
The project has over 90% positive reviews on Steam. BALL x PIT is also available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, and Game Pass owners can try the game as part of their subscription.
