The action takes place in a nighttime cafe in Tokyo. Players will take on the role of a barista preparing drinks that warm the hearts of people and fantastic creatures. Each cup affects the tone of the conversation, revealing the stories, dreams and experiences of a new cast of characters.
Players will be able to experiment with hot and cold drinks, create unique latte art drawings using stencils, and explore Tomodachill, an in-game social feed that reveals hidden details about customers.
Andrew "AJ" Jeremy, the composer of the original Coffee Talk, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly, is working on the soundtrack, combining calm jazz and soft rhythms inspired by Tokyo summer nights.
The game will offer new characters and stories, the ability to influence dialogues through drinks, advanced tools for latte art, an interactive social feed, and a relaxing lo-fi soundtrack.
