ESRB has rated the Rockstar western.
The original Red Dead Redemption has received an age rating from the ESRB for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 platforms. There has been no official announcement of the game on these devices, but the entry in the ESRB database could not have appeared out of nowhere. Most likely, Rockstar will make an official announcement in the near future.
Red Dead Redemption was originally released in 2010 on Xbox 360 and PS3. In August 2023, the game appeared on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and in 2024 the PC version was released. Despite the relatively high price tag, it was something between the original game and a remaster.
