The new chapter of the anime "Re: Zero. Starting Life in Another World" will send the heroes on a journey through a dangerous desert.
Kadokawa has revealed the first details of the fourth season of the anime "Re:Zero. Starting Life in Another World", presented a new trailer and announced that the broadcast will begin in April 2026.
The new season will continue the storyline of Subaru and his allies, who have to cross the Auguria Desert and reach the Pleiades Watchtower. After the events in Priestella, Rem remains unconscious due to the influence of the Archbishop of Greed.
In search of a way to save her, Subaru learns about Shaula, the "all-seeing" sage who possesses all knowledge. The road to the tower passes through uncharted dunes filled with dangerous creatures and natural anomalies.
The anime is still being created by White Fox studio. Masahiro Shinohara, who worked on the third season, has returned to the director's chair. Character designer Haruka Segawa, composer Masahiro Yokotani, monster designer Keitaro Chiba and other key specialists have also retained their positions. The script is written by the author of the original light novel, Tappei Nagatsuki.
