An ambitious project that could potentially replace the Kerbal Space Program space simulator has recently moved to a new stage. The developers have announced the launch of a public pre-alpha version of the game.

A large amount of work has been invested in the development of the core, largely based on the experience and advice of key Kerbal Space Program developers, such as creator Felipe Falange. This required the introduction of many technical innovations using the latest BRUTAL Framework game development technology. This allows the team to use the C# programming language and render with Vulkan, as well as effectively use external libraries as needed.

Kitten Space Agency now allows you to move ready-made vehicles around a sketch of the real Solar System, but only some planets have textures. The developers clarified that they have already started developing their own "Solar System", which will radically change the scale, textures and other elements.

Since this is a pre-alpha, technical problems are possible, and many placeholder elements are used.

Video cards with a small amount of video memory may have difficulty working and may crash. Many systems are in "active development", so it is possible that they will be significantly changed.
