EA has announced plans to make Battlefield 6 partially free between November 25 and December 2. Five modes and three maps will be available to players, but the shooter's developers did not specify which ones.
The announcement of the free trial version coincided with the launch of the California Resistance update. It adds a new map called Eastwood — a wealthy California neighborhood turned into a combat zone — as well as a limited-time Sabotage mode, offering 8v8 battles.
In addition, the RedSec battle royale received new content in the form of a new mission and caches of useful equipment.
The next phase of the first season of Battlefield 6 — Winter Offensive — starts on December 9. It will add special seasonal content with a winter theme.
