Players continue to look for "signals" about the new installment of the franchise in the most unexpected places.
Some were really hoping that Valve would announce Half-Life 3 soon. In an attempt to find hints of a new game, they are studying various sources, including the profile of The Game Awards host, who periodically publishes teasers on social media.
Recently, Geoff Keighley presented a screenshot of the main page on Steam, and users noticed that he has one game on his wishlist.
This raised questions among players. Geoff initially responded with an "eyes" emoticon, and the next day published a screenshot of the list — it turned out to be the game Dadlympics.
However, there is a nuance: it is indicated that it was added to the wishlist on November 18, and the previous screenshot, which already indicated "1 game on the wishlist", appeared on November 17.
Such a justification from the TGA host did not remove the players' "suspicions" that an announcement related to Half-Life is being prepared for The Game Awards.
Later, Geoff published another post — the image may remind some of the cascade resonance from Half-Life, but this is a promotional image of an island in Fortnite.
