Fans fear that the second season of "Daredevil: Born Again" may be postponed.
Attentive fans noticed that Disney removed the specific release date for the second season of the series "Daredevil: Born Again" — March 4, 2026 — from the official internal press page of the project.
The public pages of Marvel and Disney+ still indicate that the premiere will take place in March 2026. Neither Marvel Studios nor representatives of the streaming service have commented on the change. Sources close to the studio note that it may not be a postponement, but an attempt to remove a date that was published ahead of time. However, some of the audience expressed concern about a possible shift.
The second season will continue the story of Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio), who now holds the post of mayor of New York. The hero will have to assemble a team to confront Fisk and his new allies. Among the key returns is Jessica Jones, played by Kristen Ritter, who will appear on screen for the first time in six years.
At least, there is no need to worry about cancellation: the third season has already been greenlit, and production of the second was completed back in July — it is now in the post-production stage. However, the possibility of a shift still remains: the studio may adjust the Disney+ release schedule to distribute content more evenly throughout the year.
For now, viewers can only wait for an official announcement and hope that Matt Murdock returns to the screens without unnecessary delays.
