Hayden Christensen, the actor who played Anakin Skywalker, spoke in support of the film \"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story\". At a fan meeting as part of Fan Expo Boston, the actor noted that he considers the film one of the most successful projects of the franchise in recent years.
Christensen stated that \"Rogue One\" \"captured the very essence of what \'Star Wars\' should be,\" and separately praised the portrayal of Darth Vader in the film. According to him, the scenes with the Sith were executed \"very accurately\" and corresponded to the spirit of the character.
\"Many people contributed to the creation of this character, and I am only one of them. I really liked what they did in the film.\"
Hayden Christensen will continue to participate in the franchise: he will appear as Anakin Skywalker in the second season of \"Ahsoka,\" which is scheduled to premiere in 2026. In what form the character will return is not yet revealed - in the finale of the first season, Anakin appeared as a Force ghost.
The next release in the universe will be the film \"The Mandalorian & Grogu,\" which will be released in theaters on May 22.
