Recently, Transience from Resurgent studio was released on PC on Steam. The project is headed by the author of the YouTube channel BigfryTV, who creates videos about various shooters.
Transience is a tactical stealth shooter: the protagonist will be able to use various gadgets and modify weapons.
The events unfold in 2056 and the story focuses on a mercenary who «found himself on the wrong side of the scope»:
Inspired by the grim stories we grew up on, the campaign unfolds with tension, keeping the player in constant anticipation. 8 missions, located in 8 carefully handcrafted locations, tell the story of one man trying to escape from Transience.
Transience receives "mixed" reviews on Steam, with a rating of 66%. Some players note technical problems; artificial intelligence is called "broken" and the game is boring.
One of the players described his impressions of the game:
This is a slow tactical shooter and not in a good way. "Slow" in the sense that the game tries to stretch your playtime to a two-hour limit so you don't get your money back for this damn game because it's boring and sucks.
However, many praised Transience and note that bugs are actively being fixed.
