Following the presentation of the first gameplay trailer for Lords of the Fallen 2 at The Game Awards 2025, CI Games head Marek Tyminski once again raised the issue of avoiding political agendas in games. On social media, he confirmed that the game will feature "attractive female characters" in "revealing outfits," and also explained why the classic choice between male and female in the first game's character editor only appeared after some time.
Many of you have asked why the game initially had body types A and B. Hexworks started working in early 2020 as an autonomous studio under the wing of CI Games. In the early stages, political correctness and filtering of decisions meant that not everything reached me in time. Since the end of 2024, I have become much more actively involved in development and now hold the position of head of the studio in parallel with the role of CEO. Now everything has changed a lot, the studio is fully integrated. We have canceled many incorrect decisions and will continue to improve. Lords of the Fallen 2 is based on real player feedback, and this is clearly visible in the last two trailers.
