Infinity Ward has responded to a recent rumor about the new Call of Duty, which was circulated by reliable insider TheGhostOfHope. According to the insider, Modern Warfare 4 will be almost an exact copy of Modern Warfare II, and will not offer significant changes or innovations.
In turn, Infinity Ward urged not to believe everything written on the Internet.
Previously, Activision acknowledged the weak start of Black Ops 7. The game failed to meet the high expectations of fans. The Call of Duty team promised to revise its approach to the series — fewer minor changes, more fundamental improvements — and also stated that this year for Black Ops 7 will be full of diverse content.
