One Last Adventure: Netflix Released a Documentary About the Making of the "Stranger Things" Finale
The film summarizes nearly a decade of the project's history and offers a behind-the-scenes look.
Netflix has released the documentary One Last Adventure: The Making of Stranger Things 5, dedicated to the creation of the final season of "Stranger Things".
The project became a kind of epilogue and summary of the long years of work on the series. Director Martina Radwan spent almost a year on set, recording how the actors and crew said goodbye to the project, which during this time became something more for them than just a job.
The film shows behind-the-scenes footage of the final episodes, emotional interviews with the actors, and discussions of key creative decisions. In particular, the documentary revealed that the Duffer brothers began filming the finale without a fully finished script. However, they themselves have repeatedly noted that they understood how the story would end long before the start of the last season.
For Matt and Ross Duffer, One Last Adventure was an attempt to bring back the feeling of old cinematic "magic" to the audience. According to them, the behind-the-scenes chronicles of "The Lord of the Rings" served as inspiration, which once defined their path into directing.
"One Last Adventure" is now available on Netflix with Russian subtitles.
