Chris Pratt Confuses Everyone: Insiders Argue About Star-Lord's Fate in "Avengers: Doctor Doom"
Some sources claim that Chris Pratt's character will miss the film, while others are confident in his return.
A dispute has erupted around Star-Lord's participation in the film "Avengers: Doctor Doom," even among trusted insiders. One of the most famous informants, MyTimeToShineHello, claims that Peter Quill will not appear in the picture, but will return in the direct sequel — "Avengers: Secret Wars."
Soon, this version was challenged by another insider, James Mc, who had previously published reliable information about Marvel projects. He stated directly: "Lol, dude, I'm one hundred percent sure that Quill will be in 'Doctor Doom'. You can be sure of it."
Chris Pratt himself fueled the situation. In a recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, the actor evaded a direct answer about his participation, joking that he would tell the truth "only to the Pope." Usually, in situations where an actor is definitely not involved in a project, he easily denies it. Pratt preferred to avoid the answer — and thereby only added fuel to the fire, causing a quite expected reaction from the fan community.
Star-Lord was one of the key characters in "Avengers: Infinity War" and "Avengers: Endgame," and also completed his own story in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3." As a result of the finale, the hero went to Earth, so there are no plot obstacles for his return — it all depends solely on the studio's plans.
The premiere of "Avengers: Doctor Doom" is scheduled for December 18, 2026.
