"The Awakening Procedure Has Been Activated": Arknights: Endfield Pre-load Available on All Platforms
The free-to-play role-playing action game in the Arknights universe can be downloaded in advance. The full release will take place on January 22 on PC, PS5, and smartphones.
GRYPHLINE has announced the start of pre-loading for Arknights: Endfield. The game can now be installed on PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices. The global launch will take place on January 22 at 06:00 Moscow time.
In an official statement, the team wrote: "The awakening procedure has been activated, we await your return. Welcome home, Endministrator."
Arknights: Endfield is a standalone game in the Arknights universe. Unlike the original with its focus on "tower defense", the new project focuses on real-time battles, world exploration, and base management elements. The events unfold on the Moon, in the Talos-2 region, where the player, as the Endministrator, leads Endfield Industries and helps restore the world after a disaster that occurred 150 years ago.
The gameplay combines exploration of locations, management of a squad of operatives, and infrastructure development, which is why the game is already being compared to Genshin Impact and Satisfactory.
Earlier, the developers announced that more than 35 million users have already participated in the pre-registration of the project. All promised rewards — including the Snowswirl operative, twenty recruitment permits (gacha pulls), and the "Final Ultimatum" weapon — will become available to players after the release.
