Relooted was released on subscription, as well as on Xbox and PC, but interest in the project was minimal. On Steam, the peak online presence did not exceed 60 simultaneous players.
At the same time, the theme of Relooted looks unusual. The game raises the issue of cultural values taken out of African countries by colonial empires. The heroes are trying to steal these artifacts and return them to their homeland.
The project received high marks: 7.5/10 from Checkpoint Gaming, 8.3/10 from Video Chums, 8/10 from ReGame and 8/10 from AV Club. But, probably, marketing failed - few people knew about the novelty of the Nyamakop studio, which previously released Semblance.
Relooted combines elements of a puzzle and a platformer. The game is available for purchase on Steam, Epic Games Store and Xbox Store.
