Warner Bros. Pictures has announced the release date for the second trailer for Mortal Kombat II. The trailer will premiere on February 25, 2026, as part of the IGN Fan Fest.
As an announcement, the official Mortal Kombat Movie account on Twitter/X published a short teaser, in which Scorpion performs a fatality and cuts Noob Saibot in half. These shots already appeared in the first trailer, but then they were shown from a different angle and in a more truncated form — with a lesser degree of cruelty.
IGN Fan Fest this year promises to be a notable event for fans of cinema and games. In addition to Mortal Kombat 2, the organizers will present new materials from \"Project Hail Mary\" with Ryan Gosling, the second season of \"One Piece,\" as well as footage from the reboot of \"Scrubs\". The gaming program includes demonstrations of 007: First Light, Crimson Desert, and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.
The premiere of Mortal Kombat II in foreign cinemas is scheduled for May 8, 2026.
