Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb Wants to Talk to the New Head of Xbox

After Phil Spencer's departure, Asha Sharma became the new head of Xbox. Spencer will remain with the company as an advisor. Sharma has a different background and is relatively new to the gaming industry.

She stated that she wants to see a "renewed commitment to Xbox, starting with the console," as well as pay more attention to new franchises where Microsoft will "empower developers and players to create and share their stories."

Former Xbox employee Larry Hryb, known as Major Nelson, who worked with consoles for almost 20 years and until recently worked at Unity, wrote on X:

Hi — @asha_shar, let me know if you want to talk. 💚

Grib's exact goals are unknown, but perhaps the Xbox veteran is interested in returning under new leadership. Many fans would welcome the return of a person who played a key role in shaping the brand. Whether Sharma will be interested in this is not yet known.
