Ubisoft to Change the Series in Assassin's Creed Hexe - Rumors from Tom Henderson

Assassin's Creed Hexe will receive significant changes. Ubisoft previously stated that Hexe would be one of the most unusual installments in the series - darker, more personal, and significantly different from previous ones. Now, new unofficial details have emerged.

According to insider Tom Henderson, the developers want to completely rework the combat system. The focus is on acrobatics and unconventional movements – the studio hired a stuntman for motion capture sessions. This hints at a more "disturbing" style of animations and battles.

Henderson also claims that at some point, the appearance of Ezio Auditore was planned. He was supposed to teach the main character the art of assassins in the middle of the game. It is unknown whether this idea has been preserved.

It is reported that the project is of great interest to the Ubisoft Montreal team. The release is allegedly scheduled for 2027, but this is just a rumor.
