Kyū Hayashida's manga adaptation returns after six years.
Studio MAPPA has released the first trailer for the second season of the anime "Dorohedoro". The sequel will be released on Netflix and Crunchyroll on April 1, more than six years after the premiere of the first season.
MAPPA is working on the new season again. Director Yuichiro Hayashi has returned to the project after completing work on the finale of "Attack on Titan". The script is once again written by Hiroshi Seko, and the character design is supervised by Tomohiro Kishi.
The music, as in the first season, is created by the group (K)NoW_NAME. The trailer features fragments of the new opening Zettai Must Danmen and the ending Return To Head.
The plot will continue the story of Caiman and Nikaido against the backdrop of the confrontation between the world of magicians and the city of Hole. The focus will be on the Cross-Eyes group — an association of weak magicians who oppose the established order. Their conflict with En's organization will become one of the key lines of the sequel.
