An update was recently released for Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft. It did not please many members of the fan community.
Players have complained about the quality of the skins for Lara Croft — they are sure that they were generated using artificial intelligence.
Fans have launched a petition — they believe that Aspyr should turn to specialists from Saber again to fix the game:
[...] Rehire the original remaster developers from Saber Interactive to help release the final patch for Tomb Raider 1–3 Remastered for the series' 30th anniversary. This is necessary so that they can fix the remaining problems, such as the water transparency bug, as well as fix what this monstrously offensive update from Aspyr broke, unjustifiably ruining the game.
