Russians complained about losing access to Battlefield 6, Rainbow Six Siege and other Ubisoft games

In early April, users from Russia began to complain about problems with access to some games. They could not log into Ubisoft and Electronic Arts projects.

There were problems with the operation of the Ubisoft Connect and EA App digital platforms. Errors Error Code 1:85009S and Error Code 0:85009S appeared in Battlefield 6. Players sent complaints to the "Failure Detector".

Participants of the Battlefield 6 community during the discussion came to the conclusion that although such errors occurred for many players from Russia, they were also observed for users from other regions.

In this regard, users suggested that the failure could have occurred on the Electronic Arts side - especially since many recently re-established connection to the servers. There are still problems with Ubisoft games.
