It seems Microsoft is preparing new changes to its ecosystem. According to the latest data, the Xbox Cloud Gaming service may soon be renamed.
According to journalist Jez Corden, the platform will receive a new name – "Xbox Play Now." It is not yet clear whether everything will be limited to a name change or whether this is part of a larger update.
Xbox Cloud Gaming is now included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription and allows you to run games in the cloud on different devices without a console.
The possible rebranding fits into the broader changes at Microsoft, which has recently been actively updating its devices, services, and publishing strategy.
