A few weeks ago, a small revolt took place in the Arc Raiders community. The reason for the discontent was the sudden completion of the previous project "to create a weather monitoring system."
At that time, after the update was installed, the project suddenly ended — not all players had time to gather the necessary resources and therefore did not receive the reward. There was no countdown to the project's finale, so players began actively criticizing Embark Studios for the lack of transparency in the conditions.
The Arc Raiders developers learned their lesson. Recently, they sent out an in-game letter warning about the imminent completion of the current project:
Attention, raiders! The project "High-Gain Antenna" will end on April 27 at 00:00:00 UTC. Make sure to complete it in time to receive all rewards!
For completing different stages of the "High-Gain Antenna" project, players can receive premium currency, as well as in-game resources and weapon attachments.
Earlier, the Arc Raiders developers sent out in-game letters with compensation — those who did not manage to complete the "weather monitoring system" project in time ultimately still received premium currency and an "anemometer" backpack charm for their collection.
The release of the Riven Tides update for Arc Raiders is scheduled for April 28.
