In April, NGC404 and SHIMON announced the release of a Russian voice-over for the recent Terran Armada expansion for Starfield. This is not a "live" localization; an "AI agent" was used to create it.
The tech enthusiasts clarified that this is not the final version of the AI voice-over:
For the next step in quality, we need to increase the volume of input data and test different processing methods. The tool is good at repetitive tasks, but in non-standard moments, variability is needed, and that is still lacking. We are releasing an alpha. This is not the final result, but rather an intermediate snapshot. If you have any thoughts or comments, welcome. Based on the feedback, I will keep fine-tuning it.

Earlier, Anna Segnet (segnetofaza) presented a Russian text localization for Starfield — thanks to the Creation Club modification system, console players will be able to access it:
A ruthless squad of rogue military personnel has created an army of robots to unite humanity by force. In this story expansion for Starfield, you will have to repel the enemy and protect the Settled Systems. Explore new locations, master advanced technologies, and unlock powerful weaponry.
