You can play the global strategy game Victoria 3 for free on Steam - a naval DLC has been released for the game

Paradox Interactive recently launched a new promotional campaign. The developers are offering a free trial of Victoria 3.
This is a global strategy game where players must "build an ideal society amidst the chaos of the mad 19th century." You can control one of dozens of countries around the world between 1836 and 1936: you will have the opportunity to develop science, economy, build diplomatic relations, and wage war with other states.
The free access promotion for Victoria 3 on Steam will run until May 4, 8:00 PM Moscow time. Valve's service is also holding a sale: the main game and add-ons have received discounts.
