Roskomnadzor stated that it does not intend to restrict Russians' access to GTA, Battlefield, The Sims, and other popular games, despite legal disputes with their developers. The agency emphasized that there are currently no reasons for blocking.
In connection with the inaccurate reports that have appeared, we inform you that there are currently no grounds for blocking the games mentioned in the reports. There are no plans to block these games.
Earlier, it was reported that since early 2026, the agency had filed several lawsuits against major foreign gaming companies, including Electronic Arts and Take-Two. Some companies have already received court fines.
