Denuvo will not be added to Forza Horizon 6

Some PC gamers have already gained access to the game due to a leak.

Many modern games are protected with Denuvo. The recent case with LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, where DRM was added a couple of weeks before release, made players worry about the future of Forza Horizon 6.

A Windows Central journalist decided to contact Xbox directly regarding DRM for Forza Horizon 6:

I reached out to Xbox for confirmation [of possible DRM information], and they gave a categorical answer: Forza Horizon 6 does not use Denuvo. This, however, does not mean that there is no DRM protection at all – if you play through Game Pass in the Xbox app, the game is still quite well protected.

Forza Horizon 6 was previously leaked online. The full release of the game is expected on May 19, and Premium Edition owners will get official early access four days earlier:
