Matt Reeves Confirms Scarlett Johansson's Participation in "The Batman 2" - The Dent Family is Assembled
It seems the director has finally confirmed the entire cast of Harvey Dent's family.
Matt Reeves is gradually revealing the cast of "The Batman 2" with Robert Pattinson, and now it's Scarlett Johansson's turn. The director posted a GIF of the actress from the film "Under the Skin" on Twitter/X and accompanied it with the caption: "Next stop – Gotham. Welcome."
Earlier, industry media reported that she might play Gilda Dent – the wife of Harvey Dent, played by Sebastian Stan. He also moved from Marvel to DC and has already commented on his involvement.
Reeves then welcomed Sebastian Stan and Charles Dance, known for "Game of Thrones." Dance is rumored to play Christopher Dent, Harvey's father. The sequence of posts indirectly confirms media reports that this is the entire Dent family.
"The Batman 2" is scheduled to premiere on October 1, 2027.
