Valor Mortis from Ghostrunner creators available for free trial, but reviews are concerning

One More Level studio has released a free demo of Valor Mortis on Steam. The trial version became available on June 7 and offers 3-4 hours of content with new locations, weapons, abilities, enemies, and bosses.

However, the initial results have been mixed. According to SteamDB data, player reviews are at 60-70% positive, and the peak online for the demo was around 1.9 thousand people.

The developers have prepared an extended fragment of the game, which includes previously unshown content and allows players to evaluate the main mechanics before release.

Valor Mortis will be released on September 24, 2026, on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Xbox console owners will be able to play the project via Xbox Game Pass subscription from day one.
