This time, the continuation of the comedy anime didn't take seven years to arrive.

The comedy anime "Grand Blue Dreaming" will soon return to screens. The creators have released the main trailer for the third season and announced the premiere date — July 6, 2026. This time, viewers didn't have to wait more than six years, as was the case with the second season.

The events of the third season will unfold outside Japan for the first time: Iori Kitahara and his company will travel to Palau, an island nation in Oceania.

The new video also introduced the musical themes of the upcoming season. The opening track "Natsuko" was performed by the group FUNKY MONKEY BΛBY'S, and the ending theme "Hadaka no Mermaid" is by the collective Beanies (MAMESHiBA NO TAiGUN).

Production is still handled by studios Zero-G and Liber under the direction of Shinji Takamatsu ("Sakamoto desu ga?"). The key voice cast, including Yuma Uchida (Iori) and Ryohei Kimura (Kohei), have returned to their roles.
