Assassin's Creed Shadows to Receive Final Update - Ubisoft Reveals New Content
Players can expect new challenges and a crossover project.
Ubisoft has unveiled details of the upcoming final update for Assassin’s Creed Shadows, which will add new content and improvements to the game, and also released an overview video.
A free story quest, Black Tides, will be introduced. In the story, two elite Templars, known as the Black Cross, have been summoned to Japan to hunt down the main characters. Naoe and Yasuke must prevent them from obtaining what they seek.
The quest will be available to players who have already completed Naoe and Yasuke's main storyline, as well as the A Critical Encounter and A Puzzlement quests.
The crossover project “Riptides & Undertow” and the Animus anomaly “Horizon” will be available.
The endgame feature “Domains” will also be introduced — it is positioned as “a completely new activity for the Animus” (“gameplay simulations” with modifiers), this content will be available from level 30.
The full description of update 1.1.11 for Assassin’s Creed Shadows is available at the following link. The release is scheduled for tomorrow — June 16 on PC and Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 consoles. Depending on the platform, the size varies from 9 to 26 GB.
