The traditional "Steam Summer Sale 2026" is approaching, and Valve has unveiled a trailer for the upcoming event.
The sale is expected to start on June 25th at 8:00 PM Moscow time and will run until July 9th. As usual, various games and additional content will receive discounts. It is currently unknown whether this will be just a sale or if Valve plans to hold a special event.
In the presented trailer, Valve showcased some participating games – sports simulators, musou action, roguelikes, RTS, and more: Gambonanza; Little Nightmares III; No Man's Sky; Solasta II; Overcooked! 2; Astroneer; Dying Light: The Beast; Hades II; Split Fiction; Human Fall Flat; Totally Accurate Battle Simulator; Dynasty Warriors: Origins; Football Manager 26; NBA 2K26; Summer Deep Discounts; Monster Hunter Wilds; Motorslice; Company of Heroes 3; Two Point Museum.
During major sales, Steam collectible cards are released, from which players can craft badges. These are awarded for every $10 spent during the promotion.
