Pocket Nova handheld console gets pre-order start date and gameplay video

Retroid announced that pre-orders for the Pocket Nova handheld console will open on June 27, 2026, at 04:00 MSK. Minor price adjustments have also been made.

The device with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage will cost $229 (17,220 rubles, color – black, 16-bit, GameCube style), while variants with crystal, watermelon, transparent purple, or ice blue colors will be $234 (17,596 rubles).

The version with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage in “black”, “16-bit” or “GameCube” colors costs $269 (20,228 rubles), and variants with crystal, watermelon, transparent purple or ice blue colors cost $274 (20,604 rubles). Pre-order bonus: free ergonomic back cover (with finger grips) and screen protector.

In addition, Retroid employees published a video. In it, they played various games on the Pocket Nova and demonstrated the device's compatibility with an additional screen mount.

This handheld console features a Qualcomm QCS8550 chip, Adreno 740 GPU, a 4.5-inch AMOLED display with 1280 × 960 resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, a 5000 mAh battery, Android 13 OS, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
