Genshin Impact 6.7 Russian Localization Changed. miHoYo Discussed Translation Changes and More

Genshin Impact developers introduced update 6.7 (or "Moon VIII: Summer! Return? Fontinalia") in July. It adds not only new content but also includes technical changes and localization fixes.

miHoYo (HoYoverse) announced "important changes" in the Russian localization. The developers stated that the Russian translation of a term has been changed:

• "Fakel Krestnika" is now written as "Fakel Kresnika".

In addition, "dialogue texts have been improved" (specific examples were not provided).

The creators of Genshin Impact emphasized that these changes did not affect game functions. You can change the language via "Paimon Menu - Settings - Language".

Some other new features and improvements:

• In the "Moon VIII" version, the Dunannian Abyss will become available, and the Frost Moon will open.
• New character Sandrone (5-star rarity, Cryo, Claymore): "The Marionette, number seven of the Fatui Harbingers. A refined lady who comprehends the world through mathematics, logic, and never misses tea time."
• Optimized dialogue progression in quests: in most dialogues, you no longer have to wait for the current line to finish to move to the next.
• Improved sound effects for some menus and quests.
• On PC, support for quick switching between controller and keyboard with mouse has been added in some locations (open world and other menus).
