Ubisoft revealed details of the July update, Operation Chain Reaction.

Ubisoft has officially unveiled Operation Chain Reaction — the next major update for the tactical shooter Rainbow Six Mobile, set to be released on July 7.

With the patch, the game will receive full 120 FPS support on all devices with 120 Hz screens, regardless of the processor. Developers will also improve hit registration and add network issue indicators to the HUD. Additionally, a modernized anti-cheat system will be introduced, which will detect violations faster, reducing the time to ban, and ban waves themselves will become regular.

Significant changes are also coming to the ranked mode. The Valor XP earning system will more heavily consider a player's individual contribution, including earning MVP and SVP titles. Simultaneously, developers will lower the requirements for promotion in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond ranks to reduce grinding, and for Master rank players, a global leaderboard for the top 200 participants will be introduced. To maintain fair competition in Legendary rank matches, restrictions on the size of pre-made teams and the allowable rank difference will also be implemented.

In addition, the update will rework operator balance, refresh the user interface, and add a training hub where players can practice skills against bots.
