Scarlett Johansson's Character to Become Main Villain in "The Batman. Part 2" - Rumor

Filming for Matt Reeves' "The Batman. Part 2" is in full swing, and a new rumor has surfaced online regarding Scarlett Johansson's role. Until now, it was believed that the actress was playing Gilda Dent — Harvey Dent's wife, a role attributed to Sebastian Stan, another veteran of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, an anonymous user on the r/DCULeaks subreddit, who claimed to have received information from the set, named Johansson as the main villain of the film.

According to him, the actress will play a more realistic version of Poison Ivy — a serial killer obsessed with plants and using toxins against Gotham's elite. The villain's main target is allegedly Charles Dance's character, who leads a secret society of the city's most influential residents.

Meanwhile, Sebastian Stan, according to the source, will play the serial killer Victor Zsasz, whom Batman will suspect of crimes committed by Poison Ivy.

Initially, DCULeaks moderators allowed the post to be published because the author had previously provided them with materials partially confirming his claims:
