Diablo IV Increases Drop Chance for Mythic Items and Changes Horadric Cube Mechanics

Developers continue to tweak loot drops and more.

Blizzard Entertainment recently released update 3.1.1 for Diablo IV. The developers made it so that players can get Mythic items more often.

Now they have introduced mini-update 3.1.1a, which includes changes to the Horadric Cube mechanics and more.

The restriction on using only one Mythic item at a time has been removed. The developers commented on their decision: "In Season 15, we are removing the ability to re-roll Mythic items in the Horadric Cube, and adding the ability to directly upgrade to Mythic tier while retaining the original unique item. We are considering bringing this rule back only for this crafting path."

They also increased the drop chance for Mythic and Iconic Unique items from the Corrupted Reaper loot.

In addition, the developers removed the ability to add a Mythic modifier to unique amulets and rings in the Cube from Diablo IV.

In July, some Diablo IV fans from Russia experienced problems connecting to the servers, but recently they started reporting that this problem has disappeared.
