Arc System Works Acknowledges PC Version Issues of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls After Open Beta Completion
All issues were promised to be fixed by release.
The open beta test for the fighting game Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls has officially concluded. Overall, players positively reviewed the new game from Arc System Works, but the PC version encountered a number of technical issues that caused community dissatisfaction.
The developers confirmed that they are aware of the existing problems. In an official statement, the studio announced that it is actively investigating "performance and gameplay issues" affecting the PC version and is already working on fixes. The team promised to share more detailed information later.
In the meantime, Arc System Works has published several temporary recommendations for users. Nvidia graphics card owners are advised to disable Frame Generation in the Nvidia application when using DLSS, as well as deactivate the application's built-in overlay. Those who experienced performance drops during recording or streaming are recommended to disable Discord Overlay, Steam Game Recording, and other video recording software.
Additionally, the developers commented on a common anti-cheat error that occurred when launching the game. According to the studio, this issue should be resolved by the official release on August 6.
