RPG based on the anime "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!" announced for PC and smartphones

The project will feature an original story by light novel author Natsume Akatsuki.

A new RPG, KONOSUBA: Prosperity to This Beloved Town!, has been announced for iOS, Android, and PC, based on the "KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!" universe.

The developers call the new game a Trouble Life RPG – "a role-playing game about a life full of troubles." Players can expect an original story that does not repeat the events of the light novel and anime. The franchise creator, Natsume Akatsuki, is responsible for the plot, and artist Kurone Mishima, who illustrated the original light novel series, is also involved in the development.

So far, the developers have not shown full gameplay or revealed details about the mechanics. Judging by the footage from the announcement teaser, the game may feature turn-based team battles and the development of one's own settlement.

Pre-registration has already opened in the Japanese versions of the App Store and Google Play. The release is scheduled before the end of 2026. There is no information yet about a global launch.
