Musical Madness Continues: Full-Length Anime Sequel "BanG Dream! Ave Mujica" Gets New Trailer and Release Date

A trailer for the full-length anime BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora has appeared on the official YouTube channel of the BanG Dream! franchise. Along with the video, the creators announced the premiere date — October 16, 2026.

Details of the plot and the production team for the full-length sequel have not yet been revealed. The film will focus on the members of Ave Mujica — a group that Sakiko Togawa assembled with Uika Misumi, Mutsumi Wakaba, Umiri Yahata, and Nyama Yutendji.

The original anime was created by Sanzigen studio under the direction of Kodai Kakimoto, the script was supervised by Yuniko Ayana, and the music was composed by the Elements Garden team. It is unknown whether the key creators will return to work on prima aurora.

The BanG Dream! Ave Mujica series adaptation premiered in January 2025. The new full-length film will serve as a bridge to the next anime series — BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!/Ave Mujica, dedicated to the respective groups. Its release is scheduled for January 2027.
