Three New Heroes May Debut in "Avengers: Secret Wars" - Insider

News 0

Three heroes, not yet seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, may make their first appearance in "Avengers: Secret Wars." This was reported by insider Alex Perez, answering questions from readers of The Cosmic Circus.

Perez was asked if characters who missed the events of "Avengers: Doctor Doom" would join the resistance, including Tom Holland's Spider-Man, Vision, Star-Lord, Hulk, and Wong. According to the insider, some of them will indeed join the team, but along with familiar heroes, newcomers will also appear:

"Partially, yes. The Avengers of the resistance will have a peculiar hierarchy: leaders are older and already known characters, newcomers are young heroes, as well as characters we haven't seen before. Currently, there are three such characters."

Perez did not reveal the names of the new heroes. However, rumors previously surfaced that Miles Morales and Ghost Rider, played by Ryan Gosling, would debut in "Secret Wars," so two names may already be known.

Marvel has not yet revealed the cast of "Secret Wars." The studio will likely not rush with announcements, as they could prematurely reveal who will survive the events of "Avengers: Doctor Doom."

According to Perez, in "Secret Wars," the heroes will divide into several squads, each with its own task. Marvel used a similar structure in "Endgame," where the Avengers went to different time periods in search of the Infinity Stones.

"Avengers: Doctor Doom" will be released on December 18, 2026. The premiere of "Avengers: Secret Wars" will take place on December 17, 2027.
