Will God of War Laufey bring back an important character from previous games? The actor gave fans hope
Although the release of God of War Laufey is still far away, information has emerged that seems to confirm the return of an important character.
It was reported back in April that the Scandinavian god of war Tyr would appear in the new installment of the epic saga of gods. So far, the developers have not confirmed his participation, but actor Diogo Morgado, who voices Tyr in the Portuguese version, hinted at the hero's return during a stream after State of Play. He did not disclose details due to a non-disclosure agreement.

Hope was also given by Ben Prendergast, the actor who played Tyr. After the developers' reaction to the rumors, he published the studio's response with a caption that he hadn't seen such a fire since Muspelheim, adding a GIF with Tyr.
This does not confirm Tyr's appearance, but Santa Monica Studio can clearly save a few surprises until release or future presentations.
