"You all lived stolen lives": the second trailer for "Avengers: Doctor Doom" has been released
Marvel Studios unveiled a new trailer for "Avengers: Doctor Doom" at the D23 2026 presentation. The video contains a lot of new footage and focuses on Doctor Doom's motivation and power. Robert Downey Jr.'s character intends to make the heroes pay for the consequences of their actions across different universes:
"You all lived stolen lives. Now it's time to take them back."
An extended scene of the confrontation between Thor and Doom was also shown. The villain stops Stormbreaker with two fingers, throws Thor back, and then raises Sentinels – robots created to hunt mutants – from underground. This confirms that the battle takes place near Charles Xavier's destroyed school.
"Avengers: Doctor Doom" will premiere on December 18, 2026. The sequel, titled "Avengers: Secret Wars," will be released on December 17, 2027.
