The upcoming seventh episode will introduce viewers to the Flumvelk family.

The creators of the anime "From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman" have released the fourth trailer for the second season. The video is dedicated to the events of the seventh episode and introduces viewers to members of the Flumvelk family.

In the trailer, Beryl and Alusia meet Shuste Flumvelk at a noble reception, who unexpectedly proposes marriage to the elderly master. How his former student will react to this turn of events is still unknown. The mercenary squad "Verdeapis" also appears in the video.

The second season continues the story of Beryl Gardinant — a humble rural fencing instructor whose students achieved fame and high positions. After moving to the capital, the man became a special instructor for the knightly order and proved to those around him that an outstanding swordsman was hidden behind the image of a country bumpkin.

Passione and Hayabusa Film studios are again responsible for the production. Akio Kazumi is the director, Kunihiko Okada is in charge of the script, and Yasuharu Takanashi is composing the music.

The second season of "From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman" has been airing since July 8. New episodes are available outside Japan on Prime Video. The premiere of the seventh episode will take place on August 19.
