Mafia: The Old Country became more technologically advanced, received a new feature and content - the Man of Honor expansion was introduced
In August, Hangar 13 studio and publisher 2K introduced an update and the premium story expansion Man of Honor for Mafia: The Old Country.
The developers said they added a new feature to the "Free Ride" mode – now players can set a marker on a location, collectible item, or challenge, and after that, an icon with a distance counter will be displayed in the game world to help with navigation.
In addition, the PC version of Mafia: The Old Country has updated upscalers:
- AMD FSR to version 4.0.3
- NVIDIA DLSS to version 4.5
- Intel XeSS to version 3.05
The events of the Mafia: The Old Country - Man of Honor expansion unfold in 1905. In the months since his initiation, Enzo Favara has proven himself a reliable enforcer for the Torrisi crime family. Now he must help Ennio Salieri, whom players know from the first part of Mafia.
New content, "Salieri's Challenges," will also be available in "Free Ride" mode – these are of increased difficulty (there will be confrontations, assassinations, different types of races). In addition, there will be "Salieri's Tasks," which include activities such as: safe cracking, stealing expensive cars, transporting stolen goods.
The Man of Honor DLC also includes new items – weapons, knives, talismans, vehicles, horses, equipment, and hats.
The Mafia: The Omerta Collection bundle has gone on sale for PC and consoles – it includes all parts of the franchise, as well as additional content.
